Lisa Futch, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Futch graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California. Dr. Futch received a Masters in Nutrition from Columbia University and then went to the University of California, in San Diego for medical school. She completed her internship and residency in anesthesiology at Maricopa Medical Center and University of Wisconsin. She is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and maintains her certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Dr. Futch doesn’t sit still on her days off from work. She loves to ski, run, bicycle, swim and hike. She recently went trekking in Nepal for 20 days, and summited Kala Patar, which is at 18,365 feet elevation, as well as visited Mt Everest Base Camp with is an elevation of 17,600 feet. In 2019 Dr. Futch also spent some mother and son time climbing Mt Shasta.
Dr. Futch has been in the private practice of anesthesia for over 30 years in the Sacramento area. She loves her job, and is dedicated to the comfort and safety of her patients.
